Key to Understanding Formation
Wettability

The Amott wettability test is used to determine the average wettability of core samples and is a common part of any core analysis.  Rock sample are typically 1 or 1.5 inches in diameter and 2 to 3 inches long.

The DCI glassware set for Amott wettability includes stands and hardware that can be setup for both drainage and imbibition. The graduated markings on the glassware make it easy and accurate to measure displaced fluid.

DCI can provide glassware that fits custom sized samples and graduation marks that fit your core samples. Also options are available for heating the test cell.
