The helium porosimeter is simple, fast, and accurate. Enter the sample information, pressurize, and isolate the reference volume. Software completes the calculations and a report with all relevant information is generated.

The benchtop compact design of the helium porosimeter consist of sample chamber, reference volume, isolation valves, precision pressure transducer with digital display, and thermocouple with digital display. This device is capable of making measurement on various sized core samples.

Contact us for details on the type of sample you would like to measure. Options can be added to measure both 1”, 1.5” and 2” diameter samples at various lengths.

This software makes it easy to record information in a 3 step process. After collecting the initial condition and equalized conditions, the software calculates sample porosity. The software is designed so each step must be completed before the next step can be started. Multiple core samples can be measured on a single report.

Simple Operation

The helium porosimeter is simple, fast, and accurate. Enter the sample information, pressurize, and isolate the reference volume. Once pressures have steadied, turn the three way valve to release pressure from the reference volume into the test chamber. Software completes the calculations and a report with all relevant information is generated.
