Quick setup and sample loading
• Switching between different sample diameters has never been easier. The free-standing tabletop core holders/stands allow for users to slide and lock core holder assemblies into place and connect tubes in only a few minutes.
• Each core holder has quarter turn locking lugs, allowing for easier sample loading and removal. Simply turn the end plug retainer a quarter turn to remove or load the end cap and sample.
• Each system is equipped with 2 flowmeters and 2 differential pressure transducers to increase accuracy. The software automatically selects the correct meter and transducer giving the best possible accuracy.
• The flow meters and differential pressure transducers are specified per the customers testing needs. This includes the permeability range and the different sample sizes the user may need to have the ability to measure.
• The software automates the test, and only require a few basic parameters about the sample. Once the software is started, the program will proceed through the different steps automatically. The data is saved in both spreadsheet and report formats for easy review.
• The user can have the software run single point or multiple point Klinkenberg correction permeability tests. The maximum pressure gradient and different pressure steps are all automatically calculated and run.
• The software allows for flow stabilization and checks for steady state before recording a point
Each system can be tailored to the types of samples you test most.
We believe that one system does not fit every need, and by configuring flow meters and differential pressure transducers to the permeability ranges and sample sizes you run most, we can provide the most accurate measurement possible.
